Originally from Glasgow, but calls Edinburgh HQ, Ross’ background in the travel sector stretches ten years, having forged a successful career in the travel marketing industry. Working with some of the biggest names in the luxury travel market he has developed online marketing strategies for the best of the best.
An avid traveller he always has itchy feet and those feet have taken him across the world in a quest to keep on discovering what is out there. If he isn’t in Europe he is most likely in Asia, which has become a second home, with Hong Kong and Bangkok being his favourite places to hang out!

A north-east girl by heart but with firm roots now in Edinburgh, Chrystal is the European eyes and ears of TLE, particularly liking the cold mountain scenes the Alps has to offer. With a background in online marketing (specialising in travel) that spans over eight years, Chrystal has been the brains behind the online marketing strategies of a number of the UKs biggest travel brands.
If she’s not hunting out new haunts in the UK, then she’ll be playing in the pow in some of the most breath-taking ski resorts in Europe.
And when the snow has melted and it’s time for a bit of chilled out sun-time luxury then Chrystal’s favourite hang-out is her second home in Torba on the beautiful Bodrum Peninsula.

Ethics are at the heart of our content on The Luxury Editor and our opinion is not for sale. We pride ourselves on being independent of our sponsors and advertisers. We only feature content that we believe to be of value to our readers. We never take money for our independent reviews and they are always clearly marked as reviews.
We are sometimes invited as guests of hotels and restaurants; taken on destination press trips and invited to media launches. We always endeavour to make it clear when content is from there events.
