What is Heathrow VIP and how does it work?
Heathrow VIP is a world class service available exclusively to Business and First Class passengers travelling through Heathrow, offering them a luxurious and private airport experience.
Designed around each client’s personal needs, the VIP service for departing from Heathrow begins in style. A chauffeur driven BMW 7 Series will collect from the client’s selected address and drive them to a dedicated private entrance, where guests will be greeted by one of the Heathrow VIP concierge. In just a few steps they will reach their own private lounge where they can sit back and relax in luxury, privacy and comfort before their flight.
The VIP team take care of all check-in and luggage requirements, as well as conducting passport checks in lounge and directing to private security screening when it is time to depart, leaving passengers the time and space to unwind and look forward to their onward journey. They can use this time to pick up gifts for loves ones using our complimentary personal shopping team, dine on a delicious range of food and drink, get support with a VAT refund or simply relax in the comfort of their own private space.
When it’s time to board, guests are driven in a luxury car directly to the door of their departing flight and can even select whether they would like to be the first or last passenger to board.

The VIP service is designed to give passengers a level of privacy they won’t receive anywhere else in the airport. Our VIP team will also take care of everything; from security procedures to fine dining making sure the journey is effortlessly smooth.
As part of the Heathrow VIP experience, passengers can also enjoy a sumptuous meal selecting from a menu developed by world-renowned chef Jason Atherton exclusively for Heathrow VIP customers, and all from the comfort of their own private lounge.
What makes the service unique compared to similar services?
Alongside creating a haven of calm in our private suites for guests to relax in, we also offer additional services to help people indulge and unwind ahead of a trip.
Services include Heathrow Personal Shopper, a bespoke, complimentary shopping experience where a dedicated Personal Shopper will accompany you to the terminal of your choice to discover the latest collections and exclusive ranges from your favourite brands. Our Personal Shoppers, are available at any time day or night and speak a wide range of languages. We can also support with a VAT refund, or a delicious meal from Michelin star chef Jason Atherton. A member of our team will call passengers 48 hours beforehand to ensure they have everything ready for their arrival.

What is Heathrow VIP doing to keep people flying through Heathrow and not other airports?
Heathrow is Europe’s biggest international airport. We fly to 190 destinations across the world and my role is to ensure that we give a best in class service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. I’ve worked in the luxury sector for over fifteen years and believe I have a good understanding of our clients’ needs. I’m very competitive and love knowing that we are giving people an experience they can’t get anywhere else.
Where do you see the world of luxury travel heading in the next five years?
The world of luxury travel is ever changing and will continue to evolve as we transform the way we interact and engage with our clients. As part of this, over the next five years I believe we’ll continue to see the growth of personalised experiences tailored to each travellers’ needs. It’s an exciting time for luxury travel and I’m so excited to be part of that!
How do you define luxury travel and what does luxury mean to you?
For me, luxury doesn’t always take the form of ‘things’. Luxury is the time, peace, quiet and space our customers receive, helping them to relax and unwind during their journey. This means they can eat well and live well and have time to think and breathe. I love to see our guests savouring their time with us in a comfortable and quiet haven before they embark on their onward journey – many see this as an incredibly important part of their lifestyle.
