TLE are very excited to hear that Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® has been appointed by Duddingston House Properties (DHP) and Urbanist Hotels to manage Rosewood Edinburgh which will open in 2018 which will be the 4th Rosewood property in Europe.
The Rosewood Edinburgh will be located in the former Royal high School at Carlton Hill and will offer panoramic views across the city. The highschool was designed by Thomas Hamilton and completed in 1829 and is a neoclassical listed building. Award winning Scottish artchitects Gareth Hoskins will restore the building.
147 guestrooms and suites a restaurant and bar as well as Sense spa and fitness centre is planned for the hotel.
