The bar offers a crafted cocktail list created by the hotel’s talented mixologists with favourites such as Villa Zest made with gin, grapefruit and lemon juices or the Henrietta Spice, a winter spiced pear cocktail that combines warming spices of star anise and cinnamon balanced with the silky texture from the egg white.
