The building itself has a rich heritage as the past headquarters of the Royal Bank of Scotland Edinburgh, something that Chris Stewart Group have interwoven into the renovation. After sitting empty for a number of years the landmark building has been given a new lease of life and it’s story continues on.

The building is now home to 50 luxury serviced apartments in an undeniably incredible location at the heart of the city. Accommodating from one to six guests, apartments come in a whole host of shapes and sizes, from the unique Grand Studios on the 6th floor, to the three-bedroom, rooftop Penthouse with its jaw-dropping 360 panoramas of the city.
