Sixth InterContinental hotel in France set to open the Bordeaux – Le Grand Hotel.
Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), has announced the signing of Intercontinental Bordeaux – Le Grand Hotel, France. The hotel will operate under the management of Financière Immobilière Bordelaise.
This will be the groups 6th hotel in France.
The historic 130 room property dating back to 1776 will be converted from the current Grand Hotel de Bordeaux and spa in the next for months.
Food and beverage will be overseen by the Gordon Ramsay Group which will be making its first appearance into Bordeaux and will include fine dining restaurant – Le Pressoir D’Argent, serving only the finest seasonal ingredients from the terroir of Bordeaux, along with expertly matched wines from the region.
