Gucci is adding four new watches to its genderless Grip line. The new quartz timepieces showcase a rounded square case with two windows, in which rotating disks indicate the hour and minute. The larger models also include a third window to indicate the date.
Among the new additions is a smaller version, with two windows and white rotating disks. Available in steel or yellow gold PVD, this slim design features a 27mm case that is just 6mm thick, thanks to one of the flattest movements on the market. Both the case and bracelet are engraved with the Interlocking GG.
Two new 38mm timepieces blend a steel case and bracelet with fluorescent pink or blue GG symbols, and matching pink or blue rotating disks. A prestigious feature of the watch is the Superluminova application made by hand, with an extremely delicate technique that gives uniqueness to each watch.
The name Grip is a reference not only to the way in which the timepiece fits snug to the wrist: the watch hugs the wrist, adhering in the way trainers stick to the grip tape on a skateboard. Designed to literally grip the attention thanks to its clean yet eye-catching design and vintage appeal, Grip blends timeless attitude with contemporary style.
