Ross is a travel and destination marketing expert, with over 15 years specialism in Social Media and SEO. In short he’s our digital marketing guru.
His skills have been valued by UK and international destination marketing organisations including Tourism Thailand, Australia’s Northern Territory Tourism and Visit Belfast.
Ross also has a track record of working for luxury travel brands including Elegant Resorts, Turquoise Holidays, The Edinburgh Grand, Susan Reid Collection, and Royal Salute.
Recent career highlights have included playing an integral role in the launch of the Radisson RED brand, where Ross was responsible for creating and directing the implementation of the brand strategy, as well as creating the social media brand guidelines for each property in the group.
His passions include exploring Asia.
Chrystal has a strong track record in luxury lifestyle digital marketing. For over 15 years her innovative and personable approach has been valued by luxury brands including Gleneagles, Elegant Resorts, The Edinburgh Grand, Yoo
Hotels, Richard Mille and NetJets.
She has also been an integral part of digital communications in the UK for Tourism Thailand, and Australia’s Northern Territory Tourism, crafting and delivering creative campaign ideas to achieve specific client objectives.
Chrystal’s track record as a strategist, and a manager of significant corporate marketing budgets made her an invaluable part of the launch team for the Radisson RED brand, where she was responsible for creating and directing the

Andrew has been working in media relations, marketing communications and branding for over 25 years. He also writes regularly on travel, lifestyle, and luxury.

In the UK, he established his own PR company in the ‘90s that was to become a leader in its sector and was later acquired by a multinational.
Originally from the UK, Andrew has since relocated to Mediterranean Spain, where he offers marketing consultancy to the international luxury hospitality and wellness sectors. He is also the Travel Editor for an Andalucian newspaper.
