Saint Pierre Singapore takes over CIRE at Alila Villas Uluwatu

Saint Pierre Singapore, the Two Michelin-Starred restaurant led by Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant, will present a nine-course tasting at CIRE, Alila Villas Uluwatu, for two evenings only on 21st and 22nd November 2025. Set on Bali’s limestone cliffs, the collaboration brings Saint Pierre’s modern French cuisine with an Asian accent to one of the island’s most dramatic dining rooms.

Since opening in 2000, Saint Pierre has earned acclaim for precision, balance, and a deft use of regional produce. At CIRE, Chef Emmanuel will craft a menu that pairs classical French technique with Southeast Asian influences, designed to suit the resort’s ocean-facing setting and commitment to thoughtful hospitality.

Guests can expect dishes such as Oscietra caviar with cauliflower and tarragon, King prawn with angel hair and leek, Lobster with tomato and galangal, and Chocolate with vanilla and Bali salt. The experience is intended as a focused, quietly luxurious evening that foregrounds produce, texture, and clarity of flavour.
