Occupying a landmark Belle Époque building on one of the city’s most prestigious boulevards, Corinthia Bucharest brings a sense of refined glamour to the Romanian capital. The restoration has been meticulous, balancing the building’s historic soul with the polished sophistication expected from the Corinthia brand. Expect elegant rooms layered with rich textures and marble bathrooms, while the service feels warm and highly personalised rather than formal. There is a softness to the experience here that makes it feel less like a traditional grand hotel and more like an exceptionally luxurious private residence. For travellers wanting classic European luxury with genuine character, this feels like one of Bucharest’s most exciting recent openings.
