Built into the landscape, carved from rock in a Cycladic style and with an earthy palette, Pnoēs Tinos blends almost seamlessly into its surroundings. It’s made up of just three pure white minimalist villas, with step-down pools set beside large cream, cushioned outdoor sofas, dining furniture and deck chairs. Hammam-inspired bathrooms have soap products from local maker Ena Karo, and treatments can be arranged in-room. Indeed, local produce and sustainability are key here; guests are welcome to pluck fruit from the trees, and herbs and flowers from the garden; for eating, cooking and infusing.
