The Butterfly Cannon Tequila Rosa
Tequila is the spirit of 2022, but we rarely think of it as pink. Here The Butterfly Cannon Rosa bucks the trend, incorporating 100% fresh agave and pink grapefruit peel. It comes from Mexico’s most awarded distillery and is named after the migration of butterflies from the US to Mexico (a percentage of its profits are donated in support of butterfly conservation). There’s also a blue variation, made with Prickly Pear and Clementine.
LoneWolf Peach and Passionfruit Gin
The perfect balance of juicy peach, sweet passionfruit and notes of yuzu, layered on a backbone of the finest Tuscan juniper is what makes up this wonderfully pink drink. A taste of the tropics, distilled in Scotland’s first carbon-negative distillery. Serve with tonic water and a slice of grapefruit to make it the perfect valentines tipple.
Eden Mill Love Gin
Based in St Andrews, the distillery is a well-respected gin producer. This was one of their first recipes, a sweet, floral and pink spirit that’s inspired by the town’s White Lady. As it contains rose (a symbol of passion and love), it’s perfect for Valentine’s, especially for a feminine-minded recipient who loves all things pink.
Regal Rogue Wild Rosé
Regal Rogue is made with 100% organic wine botanicals sourced responsibly from aboriginal communities and 98% recycled packaging this vermouth is the most sustainable on the market so you can quaff with clear free conscious this spring. Wild Rosé marries a pale and dry organic Cabernet Rosé with native Illawarra plums, rosella, strawberry gum, fruit spice, rhubarb and kina. Perfect in a three-step spritz with Sicilian lemonade or combined with Prosecco and Aperol for a Spritzer.
Beefeater Pink Strawberry
Another pink option, this one leans toward a fruity rather than floral flavour and represents excellent value for money. It comes from a veteran mainstream gin giant that’s highly awarded and is a bright, smooth and soft liquor, ideally served with strawberries (in the glass or on the side accompanied by some clotted cream).
Tanqueray Blackcurrant Royale
From berries to currants, this comes from another longstanding English gin brand, one with a Royal Warrant no less. The Blackcurrant Royale was Inspired by Charles Tanqueray’s travels to France in the 19th century. Indeed, French blackcurrants have been incorporated into the mix, alongside vanilla and black orchid, for an exotic, intoxicating flavour that’s noticeably different from Tanqueray’s other gins.
Bullards Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
The sweet aroma of fresh strawberries emanates from the glass, contrasting with the initial warming black pepper and juniper spice when sipped. The flavour evolves into delicate sweet notes of light strawberry and lemon on the finish. Mixed with tonic, all the fresh strawberry notes are released. Or try it as an amazing topper in a glass of Prosecco.
Gordons Pink Gin
Another gin taking its cue from a recipe originating in the 1800s, Gordon’s Premium Pink fuses botanicals with berries, to create a sweet, tangy and fragrant effect. This is one for those who enjoy sweet and fruity drinks and works well incorporated into a cocktail, or as a prosecco mixer. Like the Beefeater, it comes in at an excellent price too.
Cotswolds Wildflower Gin
Inspired by the glorious grasslands of the Cotswolds, Cotswolds No.1 Wildflower Gin is a delightful blend of cornflowers, lavender and orange layered over a classic dry gin. Reminiscent of summer meadows and bursting with zesty orange notes, our Wildflower Gin is fresh, floral and fruity with a pleasantly dry finish. Paired with premium tonic and a slice of orange, it makes for the perfect gin spritz.
The limited-edition Pomegranate from Cîroc is a sweet and fruit vodka with a rosy hue. Silky and smooth, it’s made with the best French grapes and lends itself to the creation of many different cocktails. Distilled five times over, the gluten-free beverage is finished in a tailor-made copper pot still in Southern France and provides hints of zesty lime when sipped.
Smirnoff Raspberry Crush
Arguably the most famous of vodka brands, Smirnoff takes this juicy liquor through a detailed process before bottling. It’s triple distilled from a blend of the finest grains and filtered ten times over through seven columns of charcoal. Serve it over ice or in a flirty pink cocktail garnished with fresh raspberries.
Spirited Union Pink Grapefruit & Rose Rum
While pink grapefruit and rose give the colour to this botanical rum, it’s the addition of blood orange that provides the more bitter tang. It’s, therefore, less sweet than some of the other fruity floral drinks on our list, with an aromatic, botanical flavour. Each bottle also contains honey-scented elderflower blossom and is topped with a cork stopper for an extra touch of class.
Mermaid Pink Gin
Mermaid Pink Gin infuses the fresh flavour of Isle of Wight strawberries with the smooth yet complex taste of the award-winning Mermaid Gin, creating an aromatic and refreshing drink. Perfectly balanced, subtle yet vibrant, who could ask for much more this Valentine’s Day?
