Hine Cognac Releases Their Limited Edition – H By Hine X The Royal College Of Art

This winter, the House of Hine presents their latest limited edition – H by Hine artist gift box., with this year’s artwork created by  French artist and winner of the 2020 Hine Royal College of Art Sasha Ferré.

About Sasha Ferré

Sasha Ferré is a visual artist who lives and works in Paris and London. Sasha Ferré’s practice  investigates the deeply entangled nature of the living world. Her paintings on unstretched canvases come from a process-focused view of the living world, informed by her interest in ecology, the  philosophy of biology and, especially, its ontological process.

Hine Royal College of Art Painting Prize

First launched in 2011, the Hine Royal College of Art Painting Prize is awarded yearly to a fine arts graduate whose work resonates with the brand’s innovative spirit. Once selected, the graduate’s work joins the brand’s art collection exhibited in the Hine House in Jarnac.

Beginning in 2016 each winner also lends their artistic vision to a very special collaboration and is given free rein to create an original piece of art which will house a bottle of H by Hine.

This year limited edition is named  after Sarah’s poetic, original artwork named “Le bruissement  de Tellus”. This piece of art which represents planet earth,  metamorphosis and fluidity celebrates H by Hine’s liveliness  and unconventional character.
