Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel reopens for the 2026 season on Santa Eulalia Bay

Now open for the 2026 season, Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel (read our hotel review here) is a wellness-led five-star hotel on Santa Eulalia, on the calmer eastern side of Ibiza. Owned and run by Ncalma Group, the 145-room property offers a 1,500m² Revival Spa by Clarins, Maymanta, a rooftop Peruvian restaurant, and Alabastro, a Mediterranean restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel has a design philosophy rooted in Feng Shui principles and an environmental commitment.

A five-star on Santa Eulalia Bay

Aguas de Ibiza overlooks one of the quieter stretches of the Ibizan coast, with a sandy seafront, family-friendly waters and a long marina walk that leads into the port town. The hotel’s 145 rooms are arranged to draw in natural light, with many opening onto sea views across to Formentera. Categories run from Premier rooms with king beds and large terraces, through Junior Suites with sea views, to the Cloud 9 Sea View Suites with floor-to-ceiling glass and uninterrupted views across the bay.

Eco-Luxury and Feng Shui Design

Aguas de Ibiza describes its concept as ‘eco-luxury’. A Small Luxury Hotels of the World member, the property has been recognised across the island for the seriousness of its environmental commitments and its considered design. The interiors are arranged on Feng Shui principles, with rooms designed to encourage stillness, balance and natural flow. The aesthetic is contemporary Mediterranean, with sleek lines, copper, limestone and pebble flooring in some bathrooms, and a palette that reflects the sea light outside.

Revival Spa by Clarins

At the heart of the property is the Revival Spa by Clarins, a 1,500m² wellness destination built around plant-powered treatments, thermal rituals, yoga and Pilates. The team works to bespoke programmes guided by dedicated trainers and therapists. Guests staying longer can build full reset programmes around the spa, with the hotel’s long-stay rate giving up to 15% off seven-night-plus bookings.

Rooftop Peruvian and Mediterranean Dining

The dining offer runs across two restaurants. Maymanta, on the rooftop, is the property’s contemporary Peruvian kitchen, led by chef Omar Malpartida. Alabastro, on the ground floor, takes a more relaxed Mediterranean line. Both are open to non-residents.

Rooms and Rates

At the time of writing in spring 2026, rooms at Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel start from £225 per night in the low season and £363 per night in the high season, depending on category and booking type. The 2026 season runs until 25 October. Booking direct includes a flexible no-cancellation-fee policy up to 48 hours before arrival, and the loyalty rate offers 10% off for returning guests.
