The Simon celebrates Mid-Atlantic flavours through a contemporary lens with French and Mediterranean touches, while Schar Bar offers a refined lounge setting for cocktails and rare wines. JW Market, the hotel’s café, showcases artisan pastries and locally inspired light bites, crafted under the guidance of Executive Pastry Chef Claus Olsen. Ingredients from the on-site JW Garden feature across the hotel’s menus, highlighting a commitment to freshness and sustainability.
