^{For 28 euro one can savour a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut La Cuvée, or Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé paired with delicious morsels from the Chef’s Michelin star kitchen, including caviar, oyster and handmade ‘Polvorón’ of sunflower seeds.}
