Naples has a new talking point with the arrival of Naples Beach Club A Four Seasons Resort. Spread across 1,000 feet of powder soft shoreline and surrounded by 125 acres of green space, the resort brings a fresh sense of scale and polish to one of Florida’s most established communities. Although the property is entirely new, it sits within the heart of Old Naples, an area long known for quiet streets, cottage-style homes and access to the Gulf’s calm waters. For Four Seasons, this opening represents a significant expansion on the Gulf Coast, combining design, craft and a strong connection to the landscape.
The resort has been imagined as an easygoing yet refined escape suited to couples families and guests planning longer stays. Hart Howerton has taken architectural cues from the local cottage vernacular while giving the buildings a lighter contemporary profile. Inside Champalimaud Design has created a welcoming residential atmosphere. The lobby sets the scene with tall ceilings white panelling a sculptural frieze of local palm leaves, and timber finishes that bring warmth and a sense of place. The rooms unfold through a sequence of smaller spaces including The Library and The Merchant Room each with its own character.
There are 220 rooms including 57 suites all drawing on soft coastal tones and textural details. Painted panelling sea glass lighting carved teak consoles and banquette-style dining nooks add charm while cabinetry in flamingo pink or periwinkle blue lacquer houses the minibar. All rooms feature spacious terraces furnished for outdoor dining and relaxed afternoons overlooking the Gulf. Walk in wardrobes with leather elements and soft lighting add a residential touch. A major highlight will arrive in early 2026 with the Sabal Suite a 7,000 square foot five bedroom apartment with a vast terrace circular pool whirlpool and panorama stretching along the coastline.
Food and drink play a central role in the experience. The revived HB’s holds its position as the only true beachfront restaurant in Old Naples. Sunset Bar returns with its much loved view of the evening sky along with small plates influenced by Latin coastal cooking. The Merchant Room introduces a new culinary chapter for Naples led by Chef Gavin Kaysen whose work has twice been recognised by the James Beard Foundation. Expect a New American Brasserie with dry aged steaks handmade pasta and dishes shaped by French technique and Gulf ingredients.
Wellness is anchored by Sanctuary Spa a two level 30,000 square foot hideaway offering thermal experiences treatment rooms including VIP suites and a calm rooftop lap pool. There is a strong focus on personalised treatments alongside aromatherapy steam rooms Finnish saunas cold plunges and vitality pools. The 24 hour gym created with trainer Harley Pasternak brings advanced equipment and tailored sessions.
Outdoors guests can spend time at two main pools with cabanas, a family splash area and direct access to the beach. Kayaks paddleboards and beach games are available all day.
