Situated in the heart of Frankfurt’s financial district, the design-forward nhow Frankfurt is taking the guest experience to a whole new dimension with the launch of an exclusive NFT collection and an innovative cocktail menu. This highly anticipated unveiling took place on 18th February at the hotel’s NFT Skybar, the highest rooftop bar in Germany, where The Luxury Editor had the privilege of experiencing it first-hand.

A Fusion of Digital Art and Mixology

Following the success of the hotel’s inaugural 2022 NFT collection, nhow Frankfurt has introduced Daydream Trip, a new digital series by renowned artist David Zuker. As the creative force behind the hotel’s striking and vibrant design, Zuker continues to build on the venue’s theme, The Art of Money, a fitting tribute to Frankfurt’s status as a global financial powerhouse.

Comprising 30 limited-edition NFTs, Daydream Trip offers more than just digital art ownership. Purchasers gain exclusive benefits, including priority access to the NFT Skybar for one year and a complimentary signature cocktail.

A Cocktail Menu Reimagined

Abdullah Rashwani, nhow Frankfurt’s mixologist, has created this new cocktail menu which embraces the emerging trends of 2025. Designed to complement the NFT collection, the new menu delivers an immersive sensory experience, mixing bold flavours with a theatrical presentation that also taste incredible.

Cocktail Highlights Include

• Nebula Elixir – A cosmic fusion of Hennessy, yuzu liqueur, and an interactive smoke effect, elevating mixology into performance art.
• Golden Smoke Old Fashioned – A refined take on the classic Old Fashioned, infused with saffron and adorned with edible gold, aligning with the ever-growing retro revival trend.
• Flaming Rose – A daring concoction of banana-infused vodka, jalapeños, and rose syrup, showcasing the 2025 preference for sweet and spicy flavour pairings.
