Nobu Marbella has announced a new limited edition dining experience pairing premium Japanese A5 Wagyu with Hibiki whisky from the House of Suntory.
The Japanese Wagyu & Whisky: Limited Edition Experience runs every Thursday evening from 15 January to 5 February 2026. Executive Chef Eleni Manousou and her team have created a menu that highlights the rich marbling of A5 Wagyu alongside the distinctive notes of Hibiki Japanese whisky.
The launch dinner on 15 January welcomes the House of Suntory brand ambassador, who will share the story behind the pairing. The restaurant’s à la carte menu remains available alongside the limited edition dishes.
Nobu Marbella is located within the Puente Romano Marbella resort on Marbella’s Golden Mile. Reservations are recommended.
