NoMad Singapore to Open with Destination Dining at Its Heart

NoMad is set to make its Asia Pacific debut with the opening of NoMad Singapore in late 2026. Located on Orchard Road, Singapore’s premier retail and entertainment boulevard, the luxury lifestyle hotel will bring the brand’s distinctive approach to design, dining and hospitality to one of Asia’s most dynamic cities, marking the next chapter in NoMad’s global expansion.

Rather than focusing solely on accommodation, NoMad Singapore is positioning food and drink at the heart of the guest experience. The hotel will feature three distinct dining and bar concepts, alongside a poolside lounge, each designed to evolve throughout the day and into the evening.

Leading the line-up is NoMad Grill, a contemporary interpretation of the classic New York chophouse, serving dry-aged meats cooked over wood fire alongside seafood and seasonal produce. Elsewhere, The Tropicana Club takes inspiration from the glamour of mid-century cabaret culture, drawing on both Havana’s legendary Tropicana Club and Singapore’s own historic venue of the same name to create a sophisticated cocktail destination. Expect a cocktail menu built around enduring classics such as Martinis, Daiquiris and Manhattans, complemented by tropical creations infused with flavours from Singapore and Southeast Asia. With live music and curated DJ sets adding to the atmosphere, the venue is designed to become one of the hotel’s signature social spaces.

Completing the collection is Sticky Fingers, a new concept created specifically for the NoMad brand. Overlooking Orchard Road, the venue will transition from serving gourmet soft-serve creations during the day to an intimate cocktail bar after dark, where desserts and drinks are paired through inventive flavour combinations. Guests will also be able to enjoy poolside aperitivi and light bites at Lú Bar, creating a relaxed setting for everything from leisurely afternoons to evening cocktails.

The hotel has also unveiled key appointments behind its food and beverage offering. Leading the vision is Leo Robitschek, whose work has earned a James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program as well as recognition from The World’s 50 Best Bars. He is joined by Josh Harnden, NoMad’s Global Culinary Director, whose career spans more than two decades and includes leadership roles at Eleven Madison Park and a number of Michelin-starred restaurants. Together, they will help shape the culinary identity of NoMad Singapore, with an emphasis on destination dining and memorable guest experiences.

As the countdown to its late 2026 opening begins, NoMad Singapore looks set to become a compelling new addition to the city’s luxury hotel landscape, particularly for travellers seeking a stay where food, design and culture take centre stage.
