Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi continues to elevate its celebrated ‘Rendez-vous’ dining series with an exceptional culinary collaboration at its signature restaurant, Le Beaulieu. On 31 October and 1 November, guests are invited to savour an exclusive four-hands dinner featuring Chef Takagi Kazuo of Kyoto Cuisine TAKAGI, holder of two Michelin stars for 15 consecutive years, alongside Le Beaulieu’s Chef de Cuisine, Charles Degrendele.
This intimate gastronomic event in Hanoi will spotlight the art of Kyo-ryori refined Kyoto cuisine known for its precision, purity, and harmony interwoven with the timeless sophistication of modern French haute cuisine. The special multi-course menu will be enhanced by the finest Sturia caviar and paired with exquisite wines to create an evening of balance and finesse.
Highlights include Sushi Bonbon (tuna, salmon, dill), Crabe (Vietnamese crab, Hokkaido scallop, dashi jelly, kikuna), Poulet Jaune (French yellow chicken “Albufeira,” smoked potatoes, quenelles, roasted jus), Boeuf (Wagyu beef tenderloin, bamboo shoot, dashi, Japanese pepper sauce), and Îles Flottante (vanilla custard, baked egg whites, salted caramel).
The experience is being served from 6pm to 10.30pm, priced at VND 4,500,000++ per person, or VND 7,000,000++ with wine pairing. Seating is limited and advance reservations are strongly recommended.
