Signature cocktails by Colo Linari
Nota Blu New Brasserie offers an impressive variety of signature cocktails by Colo Linari. Linari’s cocktails follow the gastronomic line of the restaurant, classic cocktails, always with a twist.
The restaurant’s location is iconic. As you enter through the impressive doors, you pass through a hallway with two fountains on either side that lead to the entrance and the main space of the restaurant. As well as a restaurant, Nota Blu New Brasserie has a spectacular terrace and Blu Bar. A concept of leisure and gastronomy where you can have dinner and without leaving the place, finish the night in its Blu Bar with professional pianist.
The design and architecture are standout, with a use of marble, wood combined with classic and avant-garde lines. The impressive open-plan kitchen allows you to see the experts at work.
The terrace, full of greenery, is defined by colossal works of art.
Decoration and art
Sophistication, elegance and art captivate diners, complementing the gastronomy of the restaurant.
Nota Blu New Brasserie features artists of international standing, including this season, Joseph Kliblansky, amplifying the sensuous dining experience.
With capacity for 400 people, the restaurant offers a multitude of experiences across the main space, terrace, main lounge or Blu Bar.
