LPM is bringing its French-Mediterranean dining to Marbella with a two-month pop-up of LPM Marbella, until 30 November 2025, with one-off events such as four-hands dinners, private tastings, and live music introducing the new restaurant to both local residents and international visitors. This experience previews the full LPM La Petite Maison restaurant opening that is planned for early 2026, within the Boho Club, on the Golden Mile between Puerto Banús and Marbella.
French-Mediterranean Restaurant
The LPM Marbella pop-up sits in a poolside restaurant in the expansive gardens of Boho Club, and makes a strong first impression. The space has been completely remodelled and looks stunning. During the day, light pours through glass curtains that slide open to the gardens, so you catch glimpses of palms, pines, the pool and, beyond, La Concha. The restaurant feels airy with new wood and tile floors, a rattan and beam ceiling, and teal velvet banquette seating that enriches the space. Contemporary French art punctuates the walls, while tables are dressed with white linen and a neat square-folded napkin at each place. Every table carries the LPM still life of olive oil, tomatoes and lemons, flanked by polished Peugeot mills, the restaurant’s simple visual signature.
Flavours of the Côte d’Azur
We began at the bar, transported to the South of France with cocktails including of course Tomatini, created by mixologist Jimmy Barratto. This playful creation is made with Ketel One vodka, ripe Campari tomatoes, white balsamic vinegar, a touch of sugar and then the classic LPM finish of freshly milled pepper.
Lettre à Coco was another favourite, bringing jasmine and a Champagne cordial for a fragrant start to the evening. The drinks list goes beyond, with Garden of Eden to La Piscine, plus thoughtful non-alcoholic options.
Dinner here works best when you share. Plates arrive as the kitchen finishes them, which keeps the pace relaxed. From the hors d’œuvres, like tapenade with garlic croutons, burrata with tomato, and charred sardines on toast each bites is filled with that South of France spirit. Warm prawns with olive oil and lemon are prepared perfectly. I surprised myself by enjoying the escargots. The texture and the balance of garlic, butter and fresh herbs were spot on, and I would order them again.
Larger, principal dishes include generous grilled langoustines, tasty, marinated baby chicken, and succulent lamb cutlets.
For dessert, the chocolate mousse is the one to beat. Silky and rich, it’s amongst the best I’ve tried, with a thin layer of mascarpone, a touch of amaretto, and bitter chocolate crust, it was superb. We also tried the tarte Tatin, which reflects the French classic.
Service was top-notch. LPM has brought in a seasoned team from its restaurants abroad, including their top maitre d’ and bartenders, so you feel very well looked after.
LPM is an international restaurant group, founded in 2007 with a culinary philosophy inspired by the produce and recipes of the Côte d’Azur and the Ligurian coastline, France. The group has opened restaurants and bars in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Limassol, Doha, Mykonos, Kuwait and the Maldives.
Marbella Hideaway
Boho Club adds to the experience. It feels like a secret Californian Hollywood hideaway, yet with all the comforts of the 21st century.
Set on the north side of the Golden Mile, the resort is a cluster of decadently decorated rooms and bungalows set amongst subtropical gardens. The resort includes a new wellness space, a yoga pavilion, an outdoor gym, a heated saltwater pool and offers services like bikes for the short ride down to the paseo. In fact, together with Boho Gastronomy, Boho Wellness is central to the guest experience here. The new suite of wellbeing facilities include steam room, ice showers, heated relaxation beds and creatively designed rooms for relaxing rituals, or the latest biohacking treatments, as well as calming spaces for yoga and Pilates.
Gastronomy is where Boho Club first made its name, with Executive Chef Diego del Río leading the kitchen. A Málaga native with classic French training, he’s known for his years at El Lago, where his precise, inventive cooking helped sustain the restaurant’s Michelin star and put a bright spotlight on Andalusian produce. At Boho Club, he focuses on seasonal ingredients, prepared with is signature creative techniques. The Boho Club Restaurant is a local favourite and draws locals for dining and Sunday brunch. With LPM arriving fully in 2026, it becomes even more tempting to book a table, make a night of it and stay over.
