London’s rooftop dining scene is set to welcome a taste of Ibiza this summer as alto by San Carlo partners with Cotton Beach Club Ibiza for a two-date collaboration at Selfridges.
Taking place on 29 August and 26 September 2026, the limited series will see the White Isle beach club bring its signature Mediterranean food, music and atmosphere to alto’s rooftop restaurant overlooking Oxford Street.
Perched above Cala Tarida on Ibiza’s southwest coast, Cotton Beach Club has become one of the island’s best-known beach destinations since opening in 2014. Overlooking the Mediterranean from its all-white terrace, the venue has built a reputation for long lunches, sunset dining and relaxed Balearic hospitality, attracting visitors from across the island each summer.
The limited-edition menu pairs dishes from alto with several of Cotton Beach Club Ibiza’s signature plates, bringing together flavours inspired by Italy, Spain and the wider Mediterranean. Among the dishes created for the collaboration are red prawn tartare with burrata, lemon tagliolini with caviar, pappardelle with veal ragù and summer black truffle, together with Cotton Beach Club classics including salt-baked sea bass and Tom Kha saffron mussels.
Desserts continue the Mediterranean theme, with tiramisu, crema catalana and lemon sorbet joined by a cannoli trolley and Sgroppinos served throughout the evening. Guests can also enjoy Italian sturgeon caviar served with blinis, alongside tableside Champagne and rosé.
The events will be accompanied by resident DJs from Cotton Beach Club, together with live saxophone and percussion performances designed to recreate the atmosphere of one of Ibiza’s famous sunset sessions.
The collaboration also coincides with alto’s wider La Dolce Vita summer season. The restaurant has been transformed with a striking new seasonal installation featuring oversized Amalfi lemons and vibrant pink bougainvillea cascading throughout the entrance, lift lobby and rooftop restaurant, while seasonal dishes, Riviera-inspired cocktails, spritzes and chilled rosé form part of the summer menu.
Located on the rooftop of Selfridges, alto has become one of central London’s best-known Italian rooftop restaurants since opening in 2018. Operated by the San Carlo Group, the restaurant combines open-air dining with views across the capital, offering a menu inspired by Italy’s diverse regional cuisine.
Reservations for the Cotton Beach Club collaboration are now open, with tables available from 4pm on both event dates.
