UM Beach House brings its second Balearic venue to the Ibizan town of Santa Eulalia. Sister venue to the original UM Beach House Mallorca which launched in 2019, the latest arrival will open its doors on the 4th May 2023. Inspired by local landscapes and resources, this bayside hidden gem, will be found where the river meets the sea. With an authentic Mediterranean menu, crafted cocktails and stripped-back luxury, it’s set to be an oasis, appealing especially to those with a nomadic spirit.
Celebrating the island’s natural beauty and cultural heritage
Found at the far end of Santa Eulalia’s golden beach, UM Beach House provides a unique and laid back luxury Balearic experience. The property comes from the same independent hospitality visionary, the Umami Group, that brought us UM Beach House Mallorca. Taking a bohemian approach to beachside wining and dining, the design at the destination will be refined yet rustic; wooden furniture and earthy tones are complemented by neutral soft furnishings, creating a flow with the neighbouring golden sands.

Dance to the beat
Serving throughout the day and into the night, the Beach House will curate an atmosphere that assimilates from relaxed chic into a transcendent party energy. Stay as day turns to night and you’ll see the change in tempo as the sun goes down, replaced by a bright moon and twinkling stars over the Mediterranean. Much of this ambience will be achieved through a global soundtrack; from vintage Afro-beat to modern Afro-house mixes, there will be performances by top Balearic DJs, Sebas Ramis and VIK-T. Party-goers can dance barefoot by the sea to the drumbeat, allowing a deep and meaningful connection with the individual’s innate sense of spirit.
Food for friends
The sensory experience of Balearic life will continue through the food offered. A menu containing dishes crafted using fresh and seasonal ingredients (such as locally caught seafood, the finest cuts of meat and traditional Spanish paella) will seek to nourish the mind, body and spirit. The large and small plates will be ideal for sharing amongst friends.
Beachside libations
The food menus will be augmented by an extensive cocktail list, bringing suitably exotic island flavours to the party. UM Beach House’s global wine list will feature, with everything from Sauvignons to Pinots, from deep reds to fresh and crisp whites, as well as a selection of expertly curated Balearic wines.
