SWISS Elevates First Class with the Exclusive Grand Suite Experience

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) has revealed its most exclusive travel experience yet: the SWISS First Grand Suite. Launching in 2026, this new addition to the airline’s SWISS Senses cabin concept is designed for travellers who value privacy, comfort and personalisation at the very highest level.

The Grand Suite takes the concept of First Class one step further by merging two adjoining suites into a single, expansive retreat in the sky. With walls standing over 1.8 metres high, the space becomes a secluded loft above the clouds, entirely shielded from the rest of the cabin. It can be transformed into a bedroom with full lie-flat beds, a dining room where couples or families can share a meal together, or even a private office and meeting room for business on the go. Every detail is designed to give passengers freedom, flexibility and the sense that this is truly their own private space.

Alongside the generous proportions, travellers can expect all the hallmarks of SWISS First: gastronomic menus, fine wines, tailored service and discreet attention that adapts to each individual’s preferred pace. Whether it’s breakfast in bed as the Alps pass beneath, cocktails before landing in New York, or uninterrupted rest on an overnight long-haul, the Grand Suite allows guests to curate their own in-flight experience.

The SWISS First Grand Suite will first be available on the airline’s new Airbus A350 aircraft and newly refurbished Airbus A330s from early 2026, before being introduced on the Boeing 777 fleet. It will sit alongside SWISS’s existing Single Suite by the window and the Suite Plus in the middle section, which can also accommodate two travellers together.

In keeping with its exclusivity, the Grand Suite will be bookable only through the SWISS First hotline with concierge assistance, and will cater for up to three passengers travelling together. This extra layer of personal service ensures that every aspect of the journey, from booking to arrival, feels seamless and bespoke.
