Casa Cook has opened its debut property in Italy with the launch of Casa Cook Madonna, an adults-only retreat in the alpine village of Madonna di Campiglio. Positioned in the heart of the Italian Dolomites, just 150km from Verona Airport and 170km from Milan Bergamo Airport, this is the brand’s first mountain escape, created in partnership with TREASURESTS Hospitality and JP Hospitality Investors Club.
The property offers just 50 rooms, designed with a strong focus on natural materials, mountain-inspired textures and locally sourced elements. Interiors balance dark timber and stone with tactile linens, wool and earthy tones, bringing warmth and intimacy to a retreat that feels tailored for all seasons. Guests will find a spa, sauna, gym, boot room and yoga studio, encouraging both active days and restful downtime, whether staying during the snow season or long alpine summers.
Dining is led by a menu curated by three Michelin-starred chef Jacob Jan Boerma, with dishes showcasing regional ingredients and reflecting the culinary traditions of the Dolomites. Nearby Michelin-star restaurants also provide further opportunities for gourmet discovery.
The retreat is surrounded by glacier trails, pine forests, lakes and some of the Dolomites’ best pistes. In winter, ski lifts are just a short walk away. Come spring and summer, the region is ideal for hiking, biking, wine tasting and rock climbing. The village itself offers boutique shops, cafés and artisan finds.
Prices at Casa Cook Madonna start from EUR 200 per night in summer and EUR 280 in winter, including breakfast.
