Four Seasons Yachts is building on the momentum of its maiden vessel with the announcement of a second ship, Four Seasons II, which is positioned as the next evolution of its ultra-luxury yachting experience. The vessel’s defining addition is a new category of accommodation, the Yacht Residential Suites, intended to bring the proportions and privacy of a luxury home to life on the water.
The second yacht arrives off the back of what the brand describes as a strong reception for Four Seasons I, which launched earlier this year. “Following an exceptional launch for this new venture, we are thoughtfully expanding our fleet in a way that continues to enhance the experience,” says Ben Trodd, CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts. He frames the new ship as a deepening of personalisation rather than a departure, adding that every detail has been considered so guests “feel an effortless sense of home, wherever they are sailing.”
Four Seasons II carries forward the intimate scale and design-led approach of its predecessor while pushing further on craftsmanship and innovation. The yacht will house 79 expansive suites alongside a one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio, a level of staffing that underpins the brand’s promise of highly individualised service. Guests can expect the now-familiar Four Seasons pillars translated to sea: world-class culinary concepts, immersive wellness offerings and curated itineraries, each oriented toward a more private and personal journey.
For Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons, the expansion is a natural extension of the company’s land-based identity. “Four Seasons has always been defined by the quality of experience we create and the genuine care with which we deliver it,” he says, noting that the first vessel demonstrated how readily that ethos transfers to the water. The ambition with the second, he adds, is to create experiences that feel “deeply personal, thoughtfully designed, and unmistakably Four Seasons.”
A residential-scale experience at sea
The headline innovation aboard Four Seasons II is the Yacht Residential Suites, conceived for travellers seeking the ultimate in space, privacy and flexibility. Ranging from two to four bedrooms and positioned across the upper decks, the suites are built around open-concept living, private terraces and service tailored to each guest, making them particularly suited to extended stays, group travel and multi-generational trips.
Suites incorporate integrated lifestyle kitchens and dining spaces along with dedicated entertainment areas, while select residences boast private splash pools, outdoor showers and wellness-focused amenities. A dedicated concierge coordinates everything from in-suite dining to the brand’s curated Shore and Sea Experiences.
Four Seasons II is scheduled to debut in 2028, and voyages for its inaugural season are open for booking now, offering early guests a first taste of an experience the brand says unites the comfort of a luxury home with the freedom of life at sea.
