Nobu Marbella Embraces Autumn

Immersed in the colours and textures of a Japanese inspired autumn, guests can enjoy a Momiji garden in Marbella, resplendent in delicate Japanese maple leaves. It makes for a truly memorable setting to discover the Nobu Marbella autumn menu including for a short period, a new selection of special cocktail, served with tapas ideal for sharing.

Signature Cocktails & Tapas

The specially curated menu on the Momiji Terrace pairs Roku Gin cocktails with signature Nobu small bites each infused with Sansho Pepper – used for its distinctly tangy and citrus flavour. Guests can enjoy the KENTO cocktail; a blend of Sansho infused Roku Gin, Martini RS Ambrato and a zesty addition of Lime, Blackberry and Rosemary, served alongside the Sautéed Beef Tenderloin Peruvian Style. The MEDITERRANEAN UMI cocktail, made up of Roku Gin, Yuzu, Ginger and Matcha is paired with a side of Crispy Calamari with Furikake, while Black Cod Croquettes with Yuzu Kosho Cream is paired with the VINTAGE ROKU, complete with Green Chartreuse, Luxardo and Yuzu.

Marbella Momiji Moments

To celebrate autumn, Nobu Hotel is also offering a special seasonal guest package Marbella Momiji Moments package includes three nights in a Junior Suite, a guided hike, a treatment in the Six Senses Spa and a Momiji set menu in the new Nobu Marbella Momiji Garden. Depending on ability, guests can choose a two hour hike to Ojen, known as the White inland villages, for a moment of peace away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella. Those feeling more adventurous can take a three hour trip to the famous Sierra Blanca mountain range or those up for a challenge can conquer La Concha – Marbella’s highest peak standing at 1200m tall.
