Like the training route that brought spices, textiles, and fresh cultural influences, The Seda Club Restaurant offers a diverse menu taking you through the rich landscapes of Granada and beyond, including a tasting menu titled “Ruta de La Seda.” This thoughtfully curated experience invites diners to explore rich and diverse flavours.

Granada is one of Spain’s most alluring cities and is now emerging as a luxury destination with the opening of new hotels and restaurants. In the city’s Plaza de la Trinidad, the Seda Club Hotel is a new five-star boutique hotel in the historic Los Guerrilleros building, known for its striking pink façade. With just 20 beautifully appointed rooms, the hotel combines refined luxury with a sense of intimacy, marrying Granada’s rich cultural tapestry with contemporary design by New York’s Rockwell Group. Enjoy pre-dinner cocktails or light bites at the bar and in the restaurant discover signature dishes such as Canelón de Pularda, featuring a velvety mushroom béchamel and fragrant truffle, and Pipirrana de Granada’s, a vibrant salad of avocado tempura and burrata, highlight the chefs’ commitment to quality and creativity. The tasting menu transforms a meal into a narrative, celebrating the intricate connections of culinary history and contemporary dining.

New Traditions

The culinary philosophy at Seda Club is rooted in a deep respect for tradition, with chefs dedicated to reinterpreting classic dishes through modern techniques. During our visit we also discovered that the Seda Club Hotel offers brunch available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Guests can enjoy this learning experience in various spaces, whether in the restaurant, the lobby bar, the Clandestino private dining area, or the cosy sky lounge. The brunch menu offers a creative twist on classic dishes, providing a perfect opportunity to savour the weekend in style.

Crowning the Seda Club Hotel is a rooftop space where one can revel in views of the Cathedral and Plaza de la Trinidad. There’s a curated selection of cocktails and light small plates designed for sharing too.
